Return and Refund Policy
At SpaceLamps, we aim to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contactspacelamps.pk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to return your product.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 2 days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement product.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank account again.
